Our History

Prima Pasta, one of the best Italian Restaurant in Houston TX, was founded in 1989 by Mohamad Akbari. Mohamad who worked for many years as a waiter in other restaurants always had the dream to one day have his own restaurant. He collected receipes through out the years, some from friends and some from top chefs that he met while traveling in Italy. After his trip to Italy, Mohamad knew exactly the style of food he wanted to serve in his own restaurant.
